Vikrant Dagar is a seasoned HR professional and the Founder of ElevatePro HR & Business Consulting, with over 17 years of hands-on experience working within large, complex organizations, including L&T Construction.
Having operated deeply inside business and project environments, he brings a rare ability to understand organizational challenges from the employer’s, management’s, and employee’s perspectives.
Throughout his career, Vikrant has worked closely with leadership teams, project heads, and frontline managers, addressing real-world HR pain points such as talent availability, manpower costs, attrition, compliance, performance gaps, and people productivity. This "across-the-table" experience enables him to move beyond theory and deliver quick, practical, and implementable HR solutions.
An XLRI-qualified HR leader and Harrison Assessment–certified coach, he combines strategic HR thinking with strong execution capabilities across recruitment, manpower supply, HR operations, HRMS implementation, performance management, training & development, and leadership coaching.
